Iridium is an independent, founder-led trading company operating since 2020. Our team, located strategically in Hong Kong, has the sole focus of making global procurement reliable and streamlined for our clients, many of whom we have worked with since founding.
We take the Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) management approach, and expanded upon it by adding “Communication,” and integrate these goals into our company values:
Quality: Follow our client’s goals for product quality, including dimensions, marking, composition and packing.
Cost: Find the most efficient way to deliver the product via DDU/DDP, at a fair cost that allows for a long-term partnership.
Delivery: Maintain accurate timelines and follow up with all our partners to ensure on time delivery.
Communication: Follow up within 24 hours on business days and provide weekly status updates to our clients; communicate before an update is requested.
We stand by the belief that with infinite trust, infinite trade is possible.
